Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Design and implement performance appraisal processes, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
∎ Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualitied candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ Keep -records, benefits management, payroll, compliance and maintaining employee databases.
∎ To manage day to day administrative work.
∎ To co-ordinate and support to management team and department head of transport pool, security, legal affairs and general site/office maintenance.
∎ Responsible for effectively organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities tor office support, maintenance maintain/arrange official meeting as per management requirement.
∎ Liaise with accrediting agencies, government departments, and professional bodies as required.
∎ Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides)
∎ Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure that all confidential matters pertaining to HR Administration are kept confidential.
∎ Maintain relationships and doing various filing with Foreign Affairs.
∎ Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
∎ Ensure timely response to stakeholder queries.
∎ Ensure Training, workshops, counseling and developing programs for staff enhancement of every year.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records and use Data analytics to drive improvements in HR.
∎ Orientation for developing employees and campaign to ensure employee relations, communication as well as grievance handling issues.
∎ Develop and update compensation and benefits structure.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the Ahead Solar Lt. Company authority.
