∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Former Army Officer will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Ensure new employees complete necessary paperwork and understand company policies and procedures.
∎ Act as a liaison between management and employees.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Oversee office administrative functions such as facility management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance.
∎ Manage correspondence, emails, and other communication channels.
∎ Manage payroll processes.
∎ Liaise with external vendors for services such as cleaning, security, etc.
∎ Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor performance meets expectations.
∎ Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, fairly and consistently.
∎ Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring employees.
∎ Monitoring and keeping records of employee attendance and leaves.
∎ Preparing all kinds of Office Orders, Notices & Letters.
∎ Administer employee benefits programs and leave management.
∎ To check all types of bill and other financial documents.
∎ Monitor the overall cleaning process.
∎ Review, update, maintain accurate employee records/ files and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
∎ Assist in the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
