Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.
∎ Developing a deep understanding of the company's lift products and services, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
∎ Assessing the specific needs of potential clients, understanding their requirements, and proposing tailored lift solutions to meet those needs.
∎ Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of the company's lifts.
∎ Engaging in negotiations with clients to secure contracts or agreements, including discussing pricing, terms, and conditions.
∎ Preparing accurate and detailed sales quotes and proposals for clients, including information on product pricing, delivery schedules, and any customized solutions.
∎ Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
∎ Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Monitoring and reporting on sales activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions for better management of sales activities.
∎ Coordinating with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
∎ Providing support to clients during and after the installation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
∎ Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts. Producing regular sales reports for management.
∎ Setting and achieving sales targets and goals established by the company.
∎ Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations, including safety and quality standards.
∎ Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to make continuous improvements to products and services.
∎ Staying up-to-date with new product releases and industry standards through ongoing training and professional development.
∎ Collaborating with marketing and other sales team members to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
∎ Depending on the scope of the job, Sales Executives may need to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, or visit project sites.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have experience in Sales at any lift Company.
