Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverable of materials & estimate costs.
∎ Coordination with the Purchase department to ensure timely supply of materials
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Implementation experience with at least 15 storied building
∎ Proven working experience as a structural engineer
∎ Management Reporting
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Having experience in finishing work of Building completion will be given preference.
∎ Experience to design structural drawing and complete total cost estimation of a building project.
∎ Ability to design steel structural system
∎ Experience on construction of mixed use Building
∎ On piling works by Rigs Tractor Mounted/ Hydraulic Rotary Rig,Tripod
∎ Preparing bill and BOQ to fill up construction tender of Bangladesh Government.
∎ Strong portfolio to prove innovative structural skills and quality
∎ Familiarity with design software (Sketch Up or 3d Studio max or similar)/compulsory to know about Autodesk AutoCAD.
∎ Must have a work experience with 3 basement level.
∎ Top Down method work experience
