Responsibilities & Context:
  • Candidates who have experience in HR, Administration, Compliance & Bangladesh Labour Law with reputed Group of Companies/ Manufacturing Industries/ Export oriented Companies are requested to apply immediately.

  • Directly communicate with the Higher Authority. Taking Full responsibility of Group HR and Admin.

  • Implement strategies by establishing accountability, talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health & welfare benefit, training & development, records management, safety & health, employee relations & retention, Factory compliance, and industrial relations.

  • Ensure HR issues - planning, recruitment, training and development, maintain and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures etc.

  • Comply with legal and statutory requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

  • Prepare note, draft, office order, memo, circular etc as required. Assist in payroll management.

  • Harmonization with Total factory HR & Admin Core HR issues including transfer, promotion, salary increment etc.

  • Disciplinary Action & Grievance handling procedure.

  • Performance appraisal and recommend salary increment annually using salary and market Survey Close coordination with Marketing and Branding Team Design, update and maintain organization organogram.

  • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 & 2015. Assist functional head to produce, update and maintain HR policy Executive Council meeting agenda, minutes, reporting and follow up Database, attendance and Leave Management Transportation and other all Administrative Management. Job Location: Corporate Office (Chittagong)
