Responsibilities & Context:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews, prepare contracts, and conduct new hire orientations.

  • Employee Records & Data: Maintain accurate HRIS/databases, update personnel files, and manage leave/attendance.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll, manage benefits administration (insurance, bonuses), and track leave.

  • Employee Relations & Culture: Handle grievances, support conflict resolution, and help organize engagement activities.

  • Training & Development: Identify needs and organize training sessions or workshops.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations. 

  • Others HR & Admin related task assign on management.
