∎ JOB PURPOSE: To increase programme outreach and convey messages to stakeholders through well-developed communications content.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirement
∎ Conceptualize and ideate visuals based on requirements
∎ Developing and updating communication and IEC materials (Slide decks, ebulletin, fact sheet, brochure, event report, leaflet for the programme)
∎ Support developing social media posts for social media handle
∎ Strong working knowledge on Graphic designing tools. The applicant should know 3D Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Content development, Creative Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design (Computer-Aided)
∎ Proficiency in Bangla and English; ability to proofread and edit content
∎ Exceptional attention to detail with ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment, execute multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and follows branding guidelines and requirements
∎ Excellent in operating Microsoft Office (MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel) and other relevant applications suitable for the role

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in Graphic Designing and Communication is required
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Requirements
∎ Familiar with advanced presentation tools (Prezi, Canva, Envato elements)
∎ Knowledge and sensitization on gender and diversity issues is desirable.
∎ Support fundraising team packaging the final product
∎ Have to be Creative and have the ability to think out of the box.
∎ Ability to comply with confidentiality expectations specific to sensitive matters or situations as they arise.
