Experience:
Candidates should have excellent communication in both English & Bengali, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Must be a hard worker and able to work under pressure.
Candidates should have mental preparation to work under pressure and even after office breaks.
Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team Computer knowledge of MS Office programs.
Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite with a positive personality & quick learner.
Greet and assist all the clients, guests, and visitors in the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operations.
Attend phone calls and forward calls to the respective person.
Receive mail & couriers and dispatch to the respective person.
Ensure the reception area is properly maintained to represent the company with a view of good image.
Ensure day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions.
Maintained attendance and leave records, and prepared and updated personal files for all employees.
Look after the safety & security issues of the company.
Support recruitment process (Job description, job specification, CV screening, job offer), exit interview.
Maintain official documents, and ensured every employee’s information file.
Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
Weekly 2 holidays (One-day roster in a month)
