Job Context:
∎ 100% export oriented garments manufacturing and Spanish invested organization. We are looking for an Officer/ Executive ( HR & Compliance) who has experience in the field of HR & compliance in the reputed Composite Knit Factories.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards
∎ To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
∎ To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively
∎ To maintain a relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement
∎ To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ To face audit like BSCI, ICS, GOTS, OCS, WRAP, SEDEX, C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers
∎ To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & root cause analysis
∎ To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, Chemical Management / environmental Training, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively
∎ To assist & report to Manager (HR/Compliance) and AGM/DGM/GM (Admin, HR & Compliance) accordingly
∎ To assist in preparing/ updating policies for compliance
∎ Manage day to day HR works,
∎ Capacity to handle HR Payroll software,
∎ Handle recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes, annual increment.
∎ Preparation and managing workers and staff's personal files, update attendance management and Monthly salary sheet.
∎ Deal with recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and Orientation.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters, grievance procedures and welfare issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, Self-motivated & result oriented.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and other related regulatory laws;
∎ Excellent communication ability both in written & spoken English.
∎ Knowledge of MS Office, HR Payroll software & ERP.
∎ Strong communication (presentation & content) & interpersonal skills
