Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Total 30 sewing lines must be following.
∎ Must have the ability to ensure the quality of knitting, dyeing & garments.
∎ Develop and Implement QMS/TQM: Create and manage a Quality.
∎ Management System that adheres to international standards and client specifications.
∎ Training: Provide comprehensive training to the quality assurance team to ensure strict adherence to quality protocols.
∎ Quality Control: Monitor all stages of production to identify any issues and implement solutions to enhance product quality.
∎ Client Standards: Ensure that all products meet client quality standards and specifications.
∎ Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, issues, and corrective actions.
∎ Reporting: Generate detailed quality reports for management review and client communication.
∎ Audit: Conduct regular internal audits and facilitate external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement.
∎ Implementation of the quality process as per SOP.
∎ Set the Quality standards and drive the Quality Control system and maintain Quality Assurance.
∎ Prepare a quality action plan and arrange Risk assessment PP, Pilot, First Bulk, and meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments, and analyze results.
∎ Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plans and analysis results.
∎ Conduct quality audits daily basis and submit reports to the Unit Head of the department.
∎ Conduct risk analysis meetings for all the styles and maintain the records.
∎ Prepare the factory for technical/Quality Audit.
∎ Must have the ability to provide training to the staff & workers.
