Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of knit garment manufacturing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably tailored for the garment industry.
  • Familiarity with system testing and validation to ensure functional and data integrity.
  • Ability to prepare clear documentation for new deployments, issue tracking, and bug reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for end-user interaction and training.
  • Basic technical knowledge of databases and reporting tools is an added advantage.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or equivalent platforms.


Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support to end-users during ERP implementation and daily operations.
  • Assist in configuring and customizing ERP modules to align with garment industry workflows (e.g., merchandising, production, inventory, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and coordinate with department heads for resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on ERP functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather feedback and propose improvements or enhancements.
  • Monitor ERP performance and ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and process integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, including user guides, FAQs, bug reports, and change logs.
