Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish connections with local university clubs, student hotspots, administrations, and training provider organizations.
∎ Organise seminars, workshops, and motivational campaigns.
∎ Collect information on local employment opportunities and guide graduates accordingly.
∎ Communicate with local employers to explore job opportunities for the graduates.
∎ Build a network with both formal and informal sectors.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Some professional or voluntary experience in NGOs, youth led organizations, university clubs preferably in career development.
