∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Jute Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the workers in each shift to operate the machine for on-time production
∎ Monitor all the devices and sections properly to keep them neat and clean
∎ Achieve the production target
∎ Identify mechanical, electrical and quality problems and determine quality concerns for the department
∎ Avoid quality/count mixing monitor floor
∎ Maintain all rules and regularities of the company and control the floor smoothly
∎ Manage all the materials on the floor to achieve the target
∎ Ensure reduction of wastage and spare parts damages
∎ Provide training to workers on machine operation, safety & quality
∎ Monitor quality change instruction at the time of change
∎ Organize training programs for workers and motivate them
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good analytical skills and people management skills.
∎ Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Experienced applicants should have professional work experience in Jute Industry.

Salary: Negotiable
