Experience:

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the respective team.
Develop & Maintain relationships with key customers.
Ensure timely payment from the customer as per company policy.
Provide excellent customer service and proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and provide necessary and effective solutions.
Perform every call actively to solve the client`s problem.
Take feedback from customers about service.
Report Management for complicated issues.
Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly.
Perform any other assignment given by the Management.
