Responsibilities & Context:
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

  • Listen & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the respective team.

  • Develop & Maintain relationships with key customers.

  • Ensure timely payment from the customer as per company policy.

  • Provide excellent customer service and proper information to the customers with ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Identify customer needs and provide necessary and effective solutions.

  • Perform every call actively to solve the client`s problem.

  • Take feedback from customers about service.

  • Report Management for complicated issues.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly.

  • Perform any other assignment given by the Management.
