Bachelor/Master`s degree in any discipline (An MBA in Marketing will be advantages)

Age 22 to 30 years
Experience in garment accessories sales will be an additional advantage. Strong communication skills in Bengali and English both verbal and written. Ability to influence and negotiate with others. Motorcycle license.
Responsibilities & Context
Meeting with clients verbally or during self-visit. Demonstrating and presenting company`s activity. Reviewing sales performance. Working towards monthly and annual targets. Should have the mentality to travel every day. To Develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve the targeted sales volume. Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency. Collect regular marketing data with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidelines to upgrade the market. Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets. Should have the potential to develop new clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients. Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization. Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer. Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office. To share ideas on how to improve sales with Team Leader and other colleagues. Any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Head of Sales.
