Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist all the clients, guests, and visitors in the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operations.

  • Attend phone calls and forward calls to the respective person.

  • Receive mail & couriers and dispatch to the respective person.

  • Ensure the reception area is properly maintained to represent the company with a view of good image.

  • Ensure day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions.

  • Maintained attendance and leave records, and prepared and updated personal files for all employees.

  • Look after the safety & security issues of the company.

  • Support recruitment process (Job description, job specification, CV screening, job offer), exit interview.

  • Maintain official documents, and ensured every employee’s information file.

  • Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.

  • Candidates should have excellent communication in both English & Bengali, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

    1. Must be a hard worker and able to work under pressure.

    2. Candidates should have mental preparation to work under pressure and even after office breaks.

    3. Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team Computer knowledge of MS Office programs.

    4. Honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite with a positive personality & quick learner.
