∎ Age 26 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare, check & submit all kinds of Export Documentations (commercial), application to bank and submitting export documents to bank.
∎ Arrange booking confirmation against export consignments through shipping lines.
∎ Prepare Monthly Export Statement, Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Merchant department, etc.
∎ Ensure timely submission of export documents to local buying houses or buyer representatives to obtain Inspection Certificates.
∎ Submit export documents to banks for negotiation with buyers' banks and follow up on payment realizations.·
∎ Communicate with banks for timely collection of Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC).
∎ EXP issue & duplicate reporting.
∎ Maintained liaison for cash incentives of specific products.
∎ Check import payments against different L/Cs and prepare retirement/ FDD issuance letter for payment of that respective L/C from export proceeds on the maturity date.
∎ Capacity to work independently.
∎ Check all export documents required at different levels.
∎ Perform other such duties and responsibilities that will be assigned by the management.
