Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Assist smooth transport service by producing bills by reconciliation data extracted from web and fleet app.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation.Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extract data from fleet software.
∎ Verify time and place with requisition, extracted data from software and VTS report.
∎ Checking all the bills submitted by drivers & users after every trips and entry in the software accurately.
∎ Verify and reconciliation of each fuel slips of fuel bills submitted by fuel stations.
∎ Prepare fuel consumption report (km/ltr) of all vehicles compare with standard that set by the supervisor, find out any gap/deviations and take corrective measures.
∎ Prepare bills for the vehicle used by visitors and sister concerns.
∎ Help drivers for using vehicle app
Additional Requirements:
∎ Communication skill (Bengali & English language)
∎ Report writing
∎ Knowledge on fleet management rules,
∎ Fleet management software operation
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Documentation & billing
∎ Team work
∎ Problem solving capacity
Salary: Negotiable
