Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's/MBA in any relevant discipline with 3 years working experience in Admin and Logistics works or bachelor's degree in relevant fields with 5 years ' experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist chief coordinator to organize PSC and other meetings of the project;
∎ Take meeting notes of PSC and staff coordination meetings;
∎ Processing PIU employee's data, updating organizational policies and assisting in the hiring process;
∎ Maintaining physical and digital personnel records i.e. employee's contracts, leave register, daily attendance etc. as required;
∎ Assist recruitment and provide related administrative support;
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics;
∎ Prepare and assist PIU management to conduct annual staff performance appraisal of the Project;
∎ Serve as key point of administrative contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Facilitate logistics, resource management, procurement and administration procedures and documentation;
∎ Maintain office equipment and inventory supplies, orders, and replacement of supplies under the project;
∎ Directly Supervise office attendant;
∎ Manage official vehicles and transportation schedule; and
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years

Salary: Tk. 53460 (Monthly)
