We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Office Secretary to join our import and export company. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling day-to-day administrative and banking tasks related to international trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office documentation, correspondence, and filing.
Handle day-to-day banking procedures, especially those related to import and export transactions (LC, TT, endorsement, document submission, etc.).
Prepare and type letters, contracts, and invoices using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maintain communication with banks, suppliers, and clients as required.
Assist management in coordinating office operations efficiently.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an import/export or banking-related office.
Must have good command of English and Bangla (both spoken and written).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
