• Logical thinking capability with time management and prioritization skills.

• Strong IT security professionals with at least 3 years of experience directly working with customers.

• Good hands-on skills with IT infrastructure and networks.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Positive attitude towards professional excellence.

• Results-oriented, tenacious, self-starter who strategically plans for success.

• Ability to influence and manage challenging situations through successful resolution, and deliver results under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with Network and IT infrastructure solutions.

• Good knowledge on MikroTik Router hAP,CCR,RB series

• Working with Fortinet, CISCO, Juniper, and equivalent brands.

• Implementation and support for critical network solutions like Firewall, Router, Switch, Email Security, WAF, Web Proxy, DDoS etc.

• Good understanding and hands-on working with Active Directory, PAM, SIEM, and other security solutions.

• Showcasing and presenting cyber security solutions and services to customers.

• Working closely with the customer for installation, deployment, and support services.

• Training and knowledge transfer to our customers.
