∎ Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
∎ Expertise in Cisco wireless network setup and management.
∎ Experience with SDN controllers.
∎ Familiarity with monitoring tools.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Ability to document technical processes clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and deploy LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to meet organizational requirements.
∎ Plan and design fiber optic networks. Determine suitable fiber types (e.g., single-mode or multi-mode) based on project requirements.
∎ Implement and configure network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
∎ Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
∎ Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
∎ Analyze and optimize network performance using monitoring tools.
∎ Network Security and Compliance: Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.
∎ Implement access control policies using technologies like TACACS+ and RADIUS.
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ System Integration and Management: Integrate and manage third-party systems and devices within the network.
∎ Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operation of enterprise applications.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams and configuration logs.
∎ Provide regular reports on network performance and incident response activities.
∎ Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and resolve connectivity-related issues.
∎ Train IT staff and end-users on network best practices.
