∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university but can be relaxed for experience applicants
∎ Skills Required: Hardware & Networking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain the computer networks, providing technical support
∎ Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the core router, switch, NGFW and managed switches
∎ Make sure that the core network is configured by complying with the security standards of the company
∎ Maintain core network by actively identifying faults and vulnerable areas within the network's architecture and identify and analyse the issues that hamper the performance of the network
∎ To ensure the whole company runs IT support smoothly
∎ To Install and Maintenance of PC, CC Camera, DVR and different networking devices
∎ To prepare PCs with the latest fresh OS and Provide Desktop/Laptop LAN connectivity
∎ To troubleshoot PC hardware and related input output devices
∎ To troubleshooting malfunctions of CC camera, networking hardware and software applications to resolve operational issues and restore services
∎ To troubleshoot motherboard, power supply, related electronics devices
∎ Mac and Windows OS support
∎ Maintain ICT inventory
∎ Provide hardware and software supports during external and internal events
∎ Provide hardware and software maintenance during external and internal events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to explain technical problems in a simple term
∎ Must be hardworking, highly self-motivated.
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
