Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructures.
∎ Ensure network system availability, performance, and integrity
∎ Optimize routing protocols, especially BGP and OSPF
∎ Configure and maintain firewalls and monitor logs for security threats
∎ Conduct regular security audits and stay updated on security trends
∎ Create and maintain network and security documentation
∎ Coordinate with China team, vendors, and ISPs for critical issues and new services.
∎ Support team members in resolving IT issues and foster effective work relationships across departments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of networking principles, with a strong focus on firewall and VPN technologies. The candidate should be adept at designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient network infrastructures.
