Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in CSE/ IT/ MIS/ Software Engineering/ ECE/ EEE or equivalent and relevant engineering degree.
∎ Certification on CCNA/CCNP/CEH (Preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Network (LAN & WAN) design/architecture and monitor Network performance, stability, and activity, making recommendations for additional resources and equipment.
∎ Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and configuration of LAN, WAN and WiFi equipment.
∎ Ensure quality service, security and availability of the Network System consisting of both active and passive network devices. Ensure business service goals from the network system.
∎ Proactively assess potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in the network.
∎ Implementing and troubleshooting of switching protocols (VLAN, Ether channel, Trunking Protocols, VPC, LACP, STP, L2 Security, Stacking, etc.).
∎ Implementing and troubleshooting of different protocols (Static route, OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HRSP, PBR, NAT, PAT, ACL etc..).
∎ Ensure compliance with all organizational standards/ policies/ guidelines/ procedures, laws and regulations for IT security and audit requirements.
∎ Install and support WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
∎ Responsible for maintenance, protection & development of company's IT systems such as Access Control, Surveillance systems, etc. of all the installed systems.
∎ Provide technical supports (Computer Hardware, Printer, Network and Software) to the end users of different systems.
∎ Coordinate with the vendors/providers for their prompt supports.
∎ Regular monitoring of the performance of all the systems.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Hands on experience on NGF (Cisco FTD, Cisco ASA, Sophos, Paloalto)
∎ Hands on experience on (Cisco Catalyst Switch, Cisco Nexus)
∎ Hands on experience on (Cisco WLC, Cisco Meraki).
∎ Experience on VPN technology.
∎ Knowledge on DC-DR Maintenance and up-gradation.
∎ Knowledge on SD-WAN, SDN.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on Windows and Linux systems.
∎ - Network Engineer/Network Administration (Computer Network & System.
∎ Data center installation experience will get an added advantage.
∎ In-depth knowledge and extensive working experience in Routing/Switching.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels.
∎ Good knowledge of VPN, Firewall & Cyber Security.
∎ In depth knowledge of LAN, MAN & WAN.
∎ Experience in configuring and managing enterprise firewalls and gateway devices.
∎ Experience in working with tools like Paloalto, F5, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos etc.
∎ Experience in working with applications such as Firewall Software, SIEM, IDS/IPS, PAM, DLP, VA & PT, WAF, Load Balancer etc. is preferred.
∎ Knowledge in SD-WAN, SDN, DDOS Filtering, SSL Traffic Decryption and Next Generation Firewall.
∎ Disaster Recovery - DR (Maintenance and up-gradation).
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
∎ For highly qualified & experienced candidates salary will be negotiable. Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsha Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to the regularized employee on successful completion of the probation period.
