Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a member of IT Network Development team for Royal Capital Ltd. and participate in the development of on-going projects.
∎ Maintaining IT infrastructure, Network communications, and Software support.
∎ Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
∎ Have to know installation operating system, backup, restore
∎ Organization and who the job reports to provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
∎ Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
∎ Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
∎ Create and verify backups of data
∎ Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
∎ Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
∎ Install and test computer-related equipment
∎ Website, Software & Server Maintenance.
∎ Provide IT support to the users.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
∎ Communicate with network service provider and software provider.
∎ Made a Backup of Back office (Security Purpose).
∎ Monitoring Daily operations of Brokerage house.
∎ Maintaining Back office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in network development will have added advantage
