∎ 1 to 2 year’s experience in Capital Market will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
∎ Outstanding organizational and time management skills
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Proactive approach to problem-solving
∎ Ability to multi-task and maintain utmost confidentiality
∎ Strong verbal & written communication, social media, Data entry skills, Customer focused, Attention to detail, Professionalism

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work as a front liner for investors in capital market
∎ Should have strong interpersonal & communication skill for new clients acquisition
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner
∎ Handle customer queries, provide appropriate, solutions and alternative within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Maintaining, and developing relationships with existing clients as well as industry participants in person
∎ Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
∎ Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
∎ Information sharing and liaison with concern officials in branch, booth & head office
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
