Job Context:
∎ Royal Capital Limited, a leading stockbroker of the country is seeking application for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to hold the key leadership position for planning and directing and implementing strategic decisions for overall business growth for the Company.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka-Motijheel (Field trips will be applicable)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managerial:
∎ To formulate business strategies/road maps to implement business plans for boosting profitability and smooth operations.
∎ To support the business unit to attain target oriented goals and performances.
∎ To ensure compliance issues as prescribed by the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), DSE, CSE, CDBL, etc.
∎ Preparing reports for the top officials and monitoring branches/booth activities
∎ Ensuring proper administration, corporate governance in Royal Capital Ltd and for other stakeholders.
∎ Developing plans and providing visionary guidelines for short and long term actions for strategic and operational activities to meet the corporate objectives.
∎ Lead and manage business of Royal Capital Ltd targeting long term financial stability.
∎ Seeking new, increasing and diversifying revenue streams and managing costs to improve financial sustainability
∎ Directing operations of HR & Admin, Market Development, business units, administration and external communication.
∎ Complete the additional tasks as given by the Board of Governors (BOG) from time to time;
∎ Sales and Marketing:
∎ Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies;
∎ Identify new services and business opportunities;
∎ Developing excellent working relations with the stakeholders;
∎ Drive sales and promotion of services and products
∎ Monitor customer needs, feedback and satisfaction levels;
∎ Map and pitch customer business interest to service offering product development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 (Ten) years of corporate management or professional experiences including at least 4 (Four) years in the top tier position.
∎ Candidates with experience in capital market will have added advantage.
