Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ If .Net Core developers:
∎ .Net Core or .Net Core Microservices Developers need not have knowledge on UI stack. (Angular/React) However they should be able to explain his/her own project with the usage of Microservices if relevant.
∎ 3+ years of hands-on experience with .Net Core
∎ The candidate must be aware of any one of the Message Brokers and its usage. (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, JMS or any other cloud-based service bus)
∎ Hands on experience working with ASP .NET framework, SQL server and design/architectural patterns (E.g. Model-View-Controller version 4)
∎ Experience with data access using Entity Framework or ADO .Net is a must. Knowledge on Dapper .Net will be added advantage.
∎ Advanced understanding of Microsoft solution stack
∎ Experience working on .NET framework component stack such as WPF, WCF, WF, UWP Apps, LINQ, etc.
∎ Experience working with Visual studio
∎ Must have experience in Web services, Web API, REST services, HTML, CSS3
∎ Strong understanding of object oriented programming
∎ Working knowledge of IIS and deploying code to web server
∎ Experience on design patterns and security features
∎ Candidate should also have hands on experience with DevOps tools, Scripting for deployment and configuration
∎ Knowledge of basic cloud-based development.
∎ Candidate should be aware of new technologies and software development trends
∎ Communicate and collaborate on development items with global teams as well As raise/work to resolve issues impacting development
∎ Post production support
∎ Quality assurance, peer reviews and code reviews with Knowledge on Test Driven development
∎ Ability to balance application development and application support needs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills and abilities
∎ Candidates above 5 years of experience must have knowledge on SOLID design principles.
∎ If Full stack:
∎ Advanced skills and knowledge of development, architecture and design on a .NET Framework 2.0-4.7 or .Net Core
∎ Candidates should have reasonably good exposure on both .Net and Angular 2.0+ /ReactJS. It should not be either or for full stack developers.
∎ Hands on experience working with modern web front-end applications using JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3.
