∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Food and Beverage, Consumer Products.
∎ Must have the ability to recruit SR/SO, TSM, ASM ,New Depots, Dealers.
∎ Applicants must have 10-12 years in marketing sector and must have 5 years experience in food section.
∎ The candidate who FMCG will not acceptable.
∎ Dynamic, passionate and high energy to lead and motivate team.
∎ Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to deliver effective product guidelines for multiple Depot or Dealer at a time. Experience in overseeing Marketing will be added advantage.
∎ Excellent negotiating and analytical Skills. Should have sound knowledge on MS Application.
∎ Should have positive mentality to work outside Dhaka.
∎ Train & develop Sales team to Design, implement and facilitate annual sales and technical plan.
∎ Provide technical or any other support to the Depot & Dealer regarding sales. Support and train the sales & marketing team to gather the technical know-how of Consumer Products.
∎ Expand new market area and increase the sales volume to achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution. Coordinate and propose suggestions to verify and develop..
∎ Visit and monitor Depot and Dealer , If needed necessary assistance to be given to Sales Team at different locations.
∎ Training and development of sales team .
∎ Coordinate with sales & technical team to analysis and solve problem come from depot , dealers and customers.
∎ Execute all marketing & technical activities as per the set plan of the organization. Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management. Perform any other tasks as time to time assigned from Management.

∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
∎ Set sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts for the All division.
∎ Develop and implement action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead. • Generate leads and close deals to expand the company’s market presence.
∎ Develop market penetration strategies to expand into new territories.
∎ Collaborate with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
∎ Work at Office and Market.
