Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fastest growing company searching new TEAM LEADER for selling its Food & Beverage.
∎ Sales Generation: Actively pursue and achieve sales targets by promoting food products to potentialcustomers, including retailers, wholesalers, and direct consumers.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providingexcellent customer service and addressing their needs, concerns, or questions about the products.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s food products, including ingredients, nutritionalvalue, shelf life, and pricing. Be able to communicate this information clearly to customers.
∎ Market Research: Keep track of competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences toidentify opportunities for new sales or product improvements.
∎ Order Management: Ensure orders are processed accurately and follow up with the logistics team toensure timely delivery of products to customers.
∎ Promotional Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns, tastings, or eventsthat help increase product visibility and boost sales.
∎ Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, customer trends, andcompetitor activity to management.
∎ Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers, ensuring a win-winoutcome that benefits both the company and the client.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of food products, ensuring sufficient supply to meetdemand and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
∎ Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with food safety regulations and companypolicies.Work as a team leader off 50/60 person
