Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.S.C in chemical /marine engineering, diploma in automobile from reputed Institution (Preferred)/ Bachelors and Masters in business and marketing related fields.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Experienced in Lubricating Oil marketing will be preferred.
At least 7 year(s) the applicants should have experience in the following areas:
Corporate sales, retailer sales & marketing, dealer management.
Applicants having experience in the following business areas: Lubricating oil, motor bike sales, distribution network, and corporate sales shall be preferred. Excellent knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations should have work on target achievement basis.
Delta Lubricants (a sister concern of Corona Oil & Lubricants Ltd.) is going to introduced a new brand of local & foreign brand lubricating oil very soon.So, Company is looking for dynamic and experienced candidates for the role of Area Sales Manager in its marketing department to manage area wise customers and dealers by maintaining regular visit and managing the sales and marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to set sales target and lead the sales department to achieve the target.
Maintain strong relationship with existing customers.
Bill collection.
Requirement assessment of the customers.
Order Procurement and maintaining supply chain.
After sales service.
Product performance analyzation. To submit Daily job report. Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients.
Create new dealers and retailers around the country.
Lead and monitor the area sales team.
To provide necessary training to the users of the product and operators.
To update customers about the development of the products.
Take initiative and manage promotional activities.
Attending trade shows and conferences.
Together insight and price comparison about the competitor`s products and submit a report monthly.
Recommend products to customers, based on customers` needs and interests.
