∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up for all accessories buyer & style wise.
∎ Negotiate price for accessories & make a price comparison chart.
∎ Make a schedule for all type of development & also make sure getting quality sample on time. Accessories' development on basis of requirements from merchant end. (Full Team)
∎ Before bulk price confirmation, Cross check with Pre costing & Merchant.
∎ Working on re-utilize stock acc. by cross checking with store & re-using stock item.
∎ After booking take schedule from merchant about goods receiving lead time & also get goods from suppliers within schedule.
∎ Take follow-up from suppliers about all the order issue & in-house date.
∎ Checking all the PI with existing IPO/ Work order for price issue.
∎ Also check each PI with Bulk Costing, if any of the item exceed budget confirm with merchant & inform Head of supply chain for permission.
∎ Keep a track of all the payment issues handled by Supply Chain.
∎ Visit & Identify potential new suppliers for garments Accessories' based on price, quality & service provided.
∎ Printing & Embroidery factory sourcing on the basis of buyer requirements & Suppliers service.
∎ Price Negotiation & Approval by considering quality, test parameters & also from buyer's approval.
∎ Follow up the LC and Pl related work on regular basis.
∎ Prepared supplier evaluation sheet on monthly basis after getting feedback from Merchandiser.
∎ Build & maintain good relationship with suppliers or business partners.
