∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers
∎ Set the line lay out as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency.
∎ Costing of production floor and help in reduction of costing by reducing manpower & all kinds of wastage.
∎ Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style & setting up line target and help to achieve.
∎ Line balancing and increase Line efficiency, Skill matrix for each worker per month.
∎ Follow up Skill matrix update & Operator skill development.
