∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software Presentation / Training Manual Creation
∎ Software & Related IT Training to Survey Professional.
∎ Software / Apps Release / Notice / Message Publishing
∎ Collecting Operational Data Entry From Website Source
∎ Required Data Verification/ Authentic Data Check
∎ Follow Up & IT Monitoring to Survey Professional
∎ Respond to Customer Inquiries Via Text or Online Chat.
∎ Survey Professional’s Report Generation & Share.
∎ Collection Software/Apps Requirements (If Required).
∎ QA & Software Testing before New Version Released. (If Required)
∎ Provide Excellent Customer Service to Clients.
∎ Ability to Manage a Support Service Database is required.
∎ Maintaining Survey Professional Related All Documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Understand the customer pulse & their needs.
∎ Must be able to work in a team or in a group.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and do multitask.
∎ Good communication skills and a cooperative, positive attitude are required
Salary: Negotiable
