Responsibilities & Context:
Track daily production output of accessories (zipper, buttons and sewing thread items).
Ensure production aligns with the approved production plan and delivery schedule.
Identify bottlenecks in production and report delays or deviations.
Maintain detailed records of production activities, machine performance, and operator efficiency
Monitor product quality at different stages (incoming materials, in-process, final inspection).
Assist the QC/QA team in ensuring accessories meet buyer specifications.
Verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Report any quality failures, defects, or non-conformities for corrective action.
Check that raw materials are used properly and not wasted.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or irregularities.
Communicate regularly with Production, QC, Planning, HR, and Store departments.
Help ensure smooth workflow between zipper, button and sewing thread units.
Follow up with supervisors and team leaders on action items.
Ensure machines are used properly and maintained as per schedule.
Identify malfunctioning equipment and report to maintenance teams.
