Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Education, Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Any branches of Sciences, Social Science or Humanities from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit camps and collect quarterly monitoring data digitally and with paper-pencil (if needed) through interview with parents' facilitators and community members as well as through day-to-day observation of the program (e.g., HPL, Adolescent program; GCC etc.) according to plan
∎ Enter data, clean data and organize and sorting data/information through SPSS
∎ Communicate with the Program people for programmatic updates of each quarter
∎ Develop case studies through FGD and In-depth interview with Play leaders/ Facilitators, parents and community members of different programs
∎ Attend meetings, workshops and sharing meetings to share experience and learning.
∎ Share monitoring findings with monitoring and program team
∎ Regular communication with the field staffs for day-to-day operation
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
