Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation monitoring system in the field
∎ collect and ensure quality baseline and end line survey data for project
∎ Assisting project management to develop appropriate program progress and assessment designs with indicators and data collection methods
∎ Implement reporting system and documentation as per project needs
∎ Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project interventions through various approaches
∎ Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies
∎ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
∎ Develop and maintain monitoring tools & techniques for project jointly with central team
∎ Document all case studies, records, periodic report and other necessary docs.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Up to date knowledge on Climate Change issues
∎ Excellent computer and relevant technical skills on communication and advocacy material development (including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop etc)
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali, with excellent public speaking skills and a passion for writing and content development.
∎ In-depth empirical and analytical understanding on key development issues in the context of urban and rural Bangladesh
∎ Excellent team player with necessary analytical, organisational and project management, problem solving and interpersonal skills, able to work with minimal direction, pro-active, flexible and highly creative
∎ Planning and coordinating assigned tasks
∎ Fluent in English and Proficient writing in English
∎ Planning and organising events
∎ Interpersonal Communication
∎ Conversant in analytical writing for a development/non-profit organisation, on economic and social issues, change communications, public affairs or other related field within the international development sectors
∎ Demonstrable experience of communication mastery, from concepts to campaigns
∎ Sound knowledge and working experience of different communication tools and platforms
∎ Demonstrable experience of publishing high quality posts, blogs, and reports
∎ Capability to strategies, coordinate and lead to accomplishment
∎ Networking and developing professional relationships and goodwill
