∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a Mold Technician or in a similar role.
∎ Technical knowledge of molding machines and related equipment.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to good knowledge and working experience of Bathroom fittings and uPVC fittings Injection mold repairing and modify.
∎ Makes effective technical decisions and communicates them to Engineering, Production, and management tosupport root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
∎ Work with Quality and manufacturing departments to ensure the quality of production and products produced meetcompany standards.
∎ Ensure safe working practices are followed.
∎ Providing molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
∎ Should know Arc Welding, Laser welding, Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, Radial Drilling Machine, Surface Grinding Machine, Circular Saw, EDM and Wire cut machine operation.
