Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understanding, Experience domain knowledge, and capturing the technical requirements for software system.
∎ Possess handsome knowledge on ERP software implementation.
∎ Work module name Merchandising, Commercial, Accounts, Payroll, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing Planning Board, Garments Unit, Store management, Inventory & Trims unit.
∎ Interpret Software system, analyze documents using standard modeling/ techniques, and provide system design.
∎ Understand the functionality of the system.
∎ Perform day-to-day administration of the ERP system.
∎ Manage system user access, permissions, and security.
∎ Manage system customizations (user fields, calculations, constants).
∎ Understand user roles and responsibilities in the system.
∎ Provide user documentation and training for the system.
∎ Work with end-users and managers to identify solutions that meet their business needs.
∎ Review and approve requested enhancements to ERP.
∎ Identify opportunities for implementation of features or enhancements to improve efficiencies.
∎ Troubleshoot, research, and document reported issues and open support tickets with the vendor.
∎ Collect and maintain the set of business reporting requirements.
∎ Analyze existing reports and optimize them for standardization across the company.
∎ Understanding the business requirements and developing custom dashboard and reports through visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau.
∎ Publishing and scheduling reports as per the business requirements.
∎ Coordinate with business, technology, and support teams to ensure system solutions meet business requirements.
∎ Work with data warehouse architects, data scientists, and data collection application engineers.
∎ Propose data schema and data flow optimization for reporting performance and enhancement as needed.
