Looking for a RMG leader! Who can take ownership of export order/orders of garments and deliver it by involving all department and buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Must be great at explaining /convincing through writing emails and phone communication so be able to manage supply chain and clients.
• Production floor must not have any disruption! It is a position that ensures on time approvals are received for pre production meeting (PPM) and all raw materials are arranged TO ENSURE ON TIME FEEDING OF SEWING LINE!
• Must have experience with updating time and action plan (T&A Plan) and working on it all the time. Should be able to engage all parties internal and external so that T&A Plan versus actuality gap is little.
• Must be comfortable with MS Excel and outlook. Organized communicator who keeps and shares all key information and keeps company interest safe is the right candidate. Candidate has to be a champion in communication by informing all buyer requirement with time line and also holding all suppliers accountable as per agreement.
• Able to give booking to vendor based on approved Bill of Material (BOM). Make booking on time and clearly. Update cost sheet. Maintain transparency and follow company protocol regarding corruption free supply chain management.
• This is a factory based merchandising position so following up on pattern/sample, verifying consumption, working with technical team, explaining quality team about the requirement of the buyer, negotiation with planning and production team so that delivery of order to client is perfect every time. Must be able to protect company interest by keeping proof of all internal and external emails to buyer buyers and suppliers.
