Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5 years of job experience is required as a Merchandising Manager.
∎ Should have consumption & costing knowledge of denim products
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up on total order from development to shipment.
∎ Have the ability to handle buyers individually and independently.
∎ Do the annual budget based on company guidelines and to achieve target profit margins
∎ To ensure proper planning to ensure smooth operation within the team Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling, and taking timely decision
∎ Manage assigned accounts and report routine production, sales follow-up, and costing updates to management
∎ Determine delivery timelines and order of execution for all orders in the manufacturing line in collaboration with planning managers
∎ Ensure that ethical conduct and business practices are adhered to the organization's standards and values.
∎ Coordinate meetings locally and internationally
∎ Monitor the production status and progress and solve the related issues.
∎ Work closely with the factory Merchandiser to ensure Pre-Production and raw materials.
∎ Technically sound enough to do the risk analysis
∎ Perform other duties as required.
