Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate from any recognized Textile University / Public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be a person with excellent gentle behavior, honest, transparency of entire job responsibility and sharing practice. Friendly and smart attitude with corporate colleagues and all factory / suppliers.
∎ Must have personal trait / capability, to work with Factory / Suppliers / Buyer with a mentality of Partnership development.
∎ Sound skilled in English language and mail communication.
∎ Truthfulness can help you to step ahead to fulfill the following terms.
∎ Must be well equipped with strong knowledge of all types of top and bottom garments including jackets / hoodies.
∎ Should have good knowledge about European market strategy and status.
∎ Should have good idea about upcoming fashion trend of Global market.
∎ Excellent knowledge of order execution step by step processes and activities with in different processes
∎ Capable to handle at least 3-4 customers at a time with up to a minimum of 50 - 200 styles 3 to 4 buyers with different fabrication & styling.
∎ Capable to handle at least 4-5 garment manufacturers individually to make shipment in-time. Corporate manager always will supervise all activities while necessary will get assistance.
∎ Excellent practical experience on Lab Dip, Fabric quality, Trims Card, Fit samples, PP samples, Shipping samples checking and send the correct one to buyer.
∎ Strong knowledge and practicing on daily follow up, update on Time & Action Plan (TNA).
∎ Should have sound knowledge on preparing cost sheet, cost analyze of garment, fabric & trims.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on garment washing variation and its innovation.
∎ Overall follow-up, i.e. product development to shipment "in-time, in-full & error free".
∎ Reporting to corporate manager every day.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on XLS work sheet and capable of using different formulas, V-Look up, Pivot table etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of working with word application
∎ Should have sound knowledge on corporate ERP / Other software for order entry, Sales contract, PI etc and LC from software
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-6 year's practical experience as independent Merchandiser for Woven Garments
∎ Working experience with Italian buyers but not mandatory
