• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, BBA, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Trainee position.

• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

• Basic knowledge of garments production and washing processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Communicate with buyers regarding order details, sample development, and approvals.

• Follow up on order status from development to shipment.

• Coordinate with production, washing, and quality teams to ensure timely execution.

• Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A (Time & Action) plans, and reports.

• Monitor sample development (fit, PP, shipment samples).

• Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and standards.

• Track raw materials and accessories to avoid production delays.

• Assist in costing and price negotiation (for Merchandiser role).

• Maintain proper documentation and correspondence with buyers.

• Support senior merchandisers in daily operational tasks.
