Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In depth knowledge and practical experience in garment costing and sales forecasting.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product consumption, pricing process.
∎ Communicating with buyers directly for new inquiries and development.
∎ Efficient problem solving ability.
∎ Should have positive approach dealing with all stakeholders across business.
∎ Should be a good team player with accountability and responsibility.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be able to monitor supply chain activities.
∎ Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day to day merchandising activities and T&A follow up.
∎ Should have strong souring capability of fabric and trims when required.
∎ Monitoring sample development activities.
∎ Sound knowledge on yarn sourcing and price matrix.
∎ Proven track record in marketing and merchandising in reputed organizations is a must.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in large knit composite factories who are exclusively dealing with renowned brand & direct buyers.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills in both written and oral English
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
Salary: Negotiable
