∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all merchandising issues including handling orders of different buyers starting from inquiry upto shipment independently.
∎ Work with the top management in formulating new business stratregy for local/international market in accordance to market trend.
∎ Ensure correct and on time sample submission for confirmed order and new development,
∎ Exhibits product knowledge and working knowledge, checks accurate consumption of all piece goods and ensures early approvals and bulk booking within agreed time line.
∎ Monitor the production status and progress and solve the issues related.
∎ Close follow up of orders and ensures timely shipment within a budget, effectively uses of tools such as spread sheets, follow up sheet, internally within the team and with buyers to enable systematic follow up of orders.
∎ Exhibits product knowledge and working knowledge, checks accurate consumption of all piece goods and ensures early approvals and bulk booking within agreed time line.
∎ Able to handle costing and pricing properly.
∎ Sound knowledge on yarn sourcing and price matrix.
∎ Provide reports, analysis and MIS as required by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7 years experience in sweater Factory is must.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proactive and target oriented.
∎ Strong communication in English Language.
∎ Must be a team player and have attitude to share information with team member and senior management.
