- Knowledge of MS Office/ Excel is a must along with data analytical skills
- Strong command of English & presentation skills
- Negotiation & excellent interpersonal skills
- Task prioritization, time management, and multi-tasking ability while being a good team player
- Exposure in Weft Knit fabric is mandatory
Responsibilities & Context:
- The main purpose of this position is to maintain relationship with internal and external customers, understanding the product requirement in terms of fabric production and product costing.
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Understanding the customer requirements in terms of fabric quality, pricing targets and delivery.
- Follow up the order placement to the deliveries, along with the paper procedures, both internally & externally to ensure the efficiency of the production & delivery is met.
- Coordinate with Research & Development team and other related teams where necessary in order to develop new fabric qualities as per customer requirements.
- Evaluate & analyze the current processes & systems with the aim of coming up with required changes, which could improve overall efficiencies.
- Organize and execute road shows for the customer.
- Ability to do accurate product costing using existing costing system.
- Managing customer visits as well as maintaining proper records and other critical factors.
