Job Context:
∎ Ensure placed orders shipped on time. Monitor and follow up the CPS by visiting factories and observing the production status.
∎ Improve delivery lead times from Bangladesh to Turkey International stores.
∎ Increase the business volume in BD by providing services to Buyers including Competitor Market information, fabric, trims and CM prices.
∎ Support Direct Shipment from BD to international stores.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check if vendors are producing LCWaikiki products as per committed line allocation and capacity commitments by visiting production lines
∎ Follow up production status and CPS, Agree with precautions with vendors if delivery dates are at risk, work closely with PGT
∎ Ensure all seasonal records of the factories _CPS, capacity plans, line plans, FBN status, shipment tracker status, snap shots are up to date & keeping into common area in periodically.
∎ Chase vendors for testing requirements
∎ Periodically prepare Delivery Status with color alarm system and submit to Head Office.
∎ Monitor Master L/C and BTB status for fabric with the factories and ensure those are proceeded on time.
∎ Issuing Debit note for the Grey Fault Issue, if it found at BD W/House.
∎ To organize each PO & each color GS ref sample to send CTG warehouse to get shipment approval after factory AQL pass.
∎ Regularly train suppliers regarding LCWaikiki memorandums and CPS management systems.
∎ Analyze current lead times from BD by monitoring each process.
∎ Identify approval and fabric/trim in house, production, shipment processes T&A, lead time details.
∎ Analyze factories critical path lead times from fabric-trim in-house to shipment
∎ Support Overseas Merchandisers about how to improve the deliveries.
∎ Ensure all seasonal and/or factory wise business figures are in records up to date and accurate.
∎ Research the market and support Head Office with samples, fabrics, accessories, designs, presentations.
∎ Determine prices periodically. Proceed costing exercises. Keep the records in common file.
∎ Support buying, compliance and quality teams in BD during their visits, update the price, factory capacity situations by working closely with Overseas Merchandisers
∎ Search suitable vendors based on quantity, compliance, delivery and quality who are experienced in multi country shipments, inform Overseas Merchandiser
∎ Monitor news market in case any tax regulation developments/news in BD to other countries which have Overseas Retail Stores.
