• Candidate should be at least Graduate (Textiles Technology, Apparel Merchandising),

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in any reputed liaison/trading offices where at least 5 years of work experience in similar.

• Adequate knowledge in overall Garments Merchandising, Costing, Quality & Operations.

• Preferable Client Sourcing & Technical knowledge.

• Able to work with buyers/suppliers directly & Excellent in communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set up relationships with key vendors and local officials.

• Investigate any issues of non-compliance with LC Waikiki standards, rules and regulations.

• Prepare budgets and agree with Head of Global Sourcing, Make sure all projected/ actual costs are matching with Country standards.

• Continuously execute situational leadership and ensure all managers apply the same.

• Review continually the measurable performances of the office as a whole, teams within the office, and individuals in the teams, taking corrective action where necessary, within the parameters of the company policy regarding reward and penalty.
