Job Context:
∎ Responsible for product quality processes & conducting WKYS Audits
∎ Providing WKYS Trainings
∎ Conducting Pre Production meetings
∎ Responsible for inline & Final Inspections operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify skills gap of Team, thereby increase the effectiveness of training to reduce failure AQL rate both locally and in Turkey.
∎ Review with Technical Team any Failures.
∎ Aid and train Vendors in implementing LC Waikiki procedures
∎ Confirm results of AQL to Local and subsequently Turkish Office.
∎ Ensure factory quality is as per LC Waikiki standarts
∎ Know all LC Waikiki procedures, revisions accurate and teach Inspection Team
∎ Increase quality performances of the vendors
∎ Avoid any style fail critically and re-open
∎ Monitor previous quality results and take actions
∎ Set the quality targets,
∎ Coaching vendors into understanding and applying Tema’s processes, documentation, and quality standards in order to ensure vendors are in accepted quality. Provide technical assistance to manufacturers when needed.
∎ Organize periodic technical training to agents and manufacturers regarding general Tema standards and requirements as well as best practices of manufacturing, production planning, production flow, quality control systems, machinery utilization and efficiency.
∎ Manage QA (garment technologists and inline technicians) within the local office and deal with daily quality issues. Train and assest the QA Team for general work flow, technical issues, attitude to colleagues, sourcing merchandiser, manufacturer etc.
∎ Analyze Turkey Inspection results, create Corrective action plans with factories. Spend usually the working hours in factories except office team, factory meetings.
∎ Conduct Factory Technical audits periodically
